CO2 Microscope Stage Incubator二氧化碳显微镜活细胞培养器

We purchased the 96- and 24-well version, and the plates fit in perfectly.  It is a rather unique system that does not take up much room and is easily removable from the microscope.  The incubator is controlled by the computer, and therefore requires minimal manual tampering. We have been using it to take videos of cell migration overnight, and the data is turning out nicely.

The Okolab staff has responded to every question I have in a very timely matter.  They flew from overseas to be sure the incubator was set up correctly and were very polite and friendly. Oko-lab are quite possibly the nicest vendor I have ever dealt with.

We have now gathered experience with your system in combination with Prior ProScanII motorized stage mounted on Olympus IX71 and I have to say that, even if I've seen similar small chambers to work relatively well,  I am still very impressed by the performance of the okolab system. The  performance of the okolab imaging chamber in  keeping the imaged cells happy is the best I've seen so far.

At our facility we have successfully cultured and imaged kidney cultures (GFP) for up to ten days and recently we set up the system for rather sensitive endothelial cells and were quite happy with the result. Your system makes also overnight cell migration assays very easy to do (eg. wound healing assay for MDCK cells in phase contrast). Our future plans for the system is to set it up for imaging of MDCK cystogenesis (3-7 days) and mouse stem cell differentiation (up to 7 days). These are challenging experiments but given the earlier experience with the okolab system performance I am quite optimistic that we have the right equipment.
Thank you for making an excellent tool for cell biologists.

On two different microscopes I have been involved in setting up the 4-well CO2 Microscope Stage Incubator. The first was on a Zeiss with own time-lapse software and the second on a Nikon in combination with the Oko-Lab Time Lapse program. Both installations worked very well. The description-manuals are very clear and after a short start-up test period the system works fine. The Oko-Lab staff is very helpful in advice on the details of the system and the customer support service is both quick and accurate. The experimental conditions are very good and repeated experiments on the two systems looked very comparable. Our experiences with the system are very satisfying and we are using the system on a nearly daily basis without any drawbacks so far.

A great deal of our work is in live cells and we have several microscopes with heater stage, enclosure or others devices for environmental regolation (pH, CO2 but basically temperature set to 37°C).

We purchased the Oko-Lab stage incubator on last December and we usually use it for over-night both in fluorescence and trasmission light experiments. It works very well in maintenance cells in vital conditions, tuning in carefully and effective way temperature, CO2 and humidity.
We are very satisfied by the incubator performances. For instance, we now work with cells that usually did not live very well (o for a long time) on other systems, such as RBL (Rat Basophilic Leukemia) cells.
Moreover, we find Oko-Lab very interesting for us for the opportunity to attend custom stages and/or adaptors for owner microscopes or slides.
In my opinion, one other important aspect is the very good assistence from Oko-Lab. I deem it is an excellent idea to offer a web-cam for their customers, in order to provide a quick first-aid.

The system is still working, almost all the time, and we are very satisfied of it. You will find enclosed one of the last files we have obtained with your system: 15689 min, that is more than 261h or 10 days!!!
It really works well!

CO2 Microscope Cage Incubator二氧化碳显微镜活细胞培养箱

I was able to perform some experiments with the whole setup including the incubation chamber with Air & CO2 supply and it works really good. The cells, in this case HeLa, progress through the cell cycle and divide within an imaging period over 16 h. We aquired a 3 slice z-stack every 15 min, which I think could be even extended. So we see no limitations from your system to our experimental wishes, the supply with Air and CO2 improves a lot the conditions of the cell growth medium and together with the stable temperature improves the possibility of long time studies.

The heating of the whole microscope cage and the instrument itself seems to have no influence on the function and also permanent heating for now several weeks is possible without problems at the microscope or the incubation system.
Finally, other groups than ours have also tested the whole system for neuronal cell, mouse oocytes and zebrafish embryos
and they had some nice overnight timeseries, which were better than before due to stable temperature and gas (O2 + CO2)
supply.

A year ago we have obtained a Microscope Cage Incubator system for our fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLI) setup, established at the Institute of Biophotonics, National Yang-Ming University.  The setup and the technique itself are of single photon sensitivity thus putting a requirement of maximum isolation of the ambient light in addition to maintaining the basic environmental conditions for live cells. The solution provided by Oko-lab appeared to be the best meeting all our requirements: the stability of the system meets the demands of the most critical users, whereas additional obscuring panels provided are an ideal solution for the single-photon measurements. The design of the cage is well thought: unlike the most incubators on the market, Okolab's production is based on the system of hinges which makes incubator assemble/disassemble operations fast and easy. The latter was very valuable for our group, focused on microscopy and thus using the same setup for different purposes.

We experienced a highly professional feedback and support from the very first day of our communication with the company. Both discussions and consulting were very fruitful, so that in a limited period of time we were able to obtain our custom solution and put it in use immediately.

Okolab incubators are performing admirably; we have no complaints; which is unusual for us.
We would have to rate your products and service as excellent
and I personally would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

Cells live perfectly well.  The various holders are great.
I gave your contact to a friend who needs a similar product and I would
certainly recommend your company.

Time-Lapse Workstation 软件与工作站

My experience with the Okolab product is very positive. It is more than one year that the system runs without maintenance, exception done for a software upgrade due to a new release of the Time Lapse Software (they added some new nice features). The software is very simple and easy to use (even my undergraduate students can use it with very little training ! ), but powerful at the same time. Some features are quite unique. For instance, you can adjust the position of some images during the experiments, so if your cell is moving out of the image you can centre it back without stopping the experiment. I acquire a lot of images, but, so far, I never had problems of software stability. My experience is positive also on the visualization software, it allows to build movies, composite images and so on. Very practical and straight forward.  I find very useful the feature Background subtraction which greatly improves image quality.

The incubator gives absolutely no problem. It is small and very easy to remove, in case you do not need it. No noise and no water leakage at all. You can follow the temperature from the output file and it is very stable. I perform long time lapse experiments (up to 3 days long) on a regular basis. I am now thinking about getting a multiwell chamber to perform time lapse on multi-well plates.
